 | | | Case Studies | | The Innovative Leaders Network houses three kinds of information that may be submitted by members: Case Studies, Promising Practices, and Tools and Protocols.
Case Studies showcase schools in the process of improving. Experiencing these case studies allows you to analyze the elements leading to their success and replicate those processes in your own building.

Each Case Study provides: school background and demographic information; the research base underlying the project design; an overview of the project goals and timeline; the design of the distribution of responsibility among tasks and staff and leadership; budget and resource implications; sample meeting protocols and schedules; leadership, teacher, and student reflections related to successes and challenges; and information on school culture and student achievement pertinent to project accountability.
